About the Founder of Miron Project Consulting
The founder of Miron Project Consulting, Sergey Miron, has been in Project Management since 2010. Since that time, he has had many opportunities to deliver quality projects in various sectors and industries across three continents.
An alumnus of Moldova State University, where he earned his BS in Economics and Management, Sergey later pursued Business Architecture graduate certification from Penn State University. He was in the first cohort that received this credential.
Sergey is the holder of Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMP), Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance (CSM), and PRINCE 2 credentials from AXELOS. In addition, Sergey has been trained in Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, Managing of Projects and Portfolios with MS PPM System, and ITIL.
Despite the fact that his experience has mostly orbited IT projects in government acquisitions, insurance, higher education, and health informatics, Sergey practices project management from an industry-agnostic point of view, a practice that allows him to successfully direct almost all types of projects in every knowledge area. With deep understanding of and experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, Sergey has combined both approaches to successfully deliver value to his clients.
